The software auto-connects to the scale (or select port & baud rate manually in "Serial Settings", default 9600).
Pick from quick buttons or the product library โ unit weight and tare are loaded automatically.
Place the empty box and press "Tare F4", then load products โ live weight and auto-counted quantity are displayed.
Auto mode: prints automatically when the quantity reaches the standard; manual mode: press "Print Label F2" once stable.
Remove the products, weight returns to zero, next box begins and the serial number auto-increments. One operator can manage multiple scales.

Check the serial cable and that the scale is powered on; open "Serial Settings" to manually select the port and test; if it still fails, restart the PC or try another USB port.
Make sure the scale is level and free from drafts; the green โ icon means the reading is stable; you can adjust the stability threshold in system settings.
Match the barcode type to the content (EAN/UPC for numbers, Code128/Code39 for alphanumeric, QR for Chinese/URLs); keep barcode height at least 1cm.
Contact Huami Supply Chain for the current month's code and enter it in the "Dynamic Password" menu โ existing print data is not affected.
Use "Cloud Sync" backup, or copy the data folder in the installation directory to the new PC.
This software has built-in scale weighing via serial port โ real-time weighing, auto counting and auto printing for weight-based packing scenarios, licensed monthly. The free label software has no weighing function and is free forever.
