Engine Mount Function

Engine mounts connect engine to chassis, providing support, damping and limiting.

Failure Symptoms

• Idle vibration: Wheel and seat shake, worse in D
• Resonance: Humming at certain RPM
• Launch jerk: Engine rocks on throttle
• Sagging mount: Cracked rubber visible

Inspection

Watch engine movement at idle; check each mount for cracks or fluid leaks (hydraulic); pry test for play.

Replacement

Replace as a set (3-4 mounts). Single replacement causes uneven loading. Huami offers full-range mounts.
