Preparation
- Check bushing vs bore fit
- Clean bore, remove burrs and rust
- Apply special lube on outer shell (never engine oil)
Correct Press Steps
- Use press or proper tool, align bushing with bore
- Press slowly and evenly - never hammer
- Verify fully seated, no tilt
- Torque arm bolts at ride height
Common Mistakes
- Hammering → rubber separation
- No lube → scoring, incomplete seating
- Angled press → early noise
